Dear Friend,
I have been working with youth since 1992. Accepting a call to the gospel ministry, I attended Warner Southern College, where I graduated in May of 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Church Ministry (with a concentration in Christian Education and Youth Ministry). I have been a lifelong resident of Highlands County. I have a wife, (Leah), a son (Andrew), and a daughter (Katie).
I have been on staff at the First Baptist Church of Lake Josephine since January 1996. While serving here it has been my goal to offer teens a ministry that will help them cultivate spiritual growth in their personal lives. Although youth ministry often involves lots of activities, the activities we choose and plan are not intended to be "just another activity" to fill their already busy schedules; but hopefully something that will help them grow closer to God and to one another.
It is always a joy and a privilege to serve our Lord as we participate in mission trips. Located below are two pages with photos from our most recent trips with World Changers.
